Loading ...Photo manipulation/vectors all done in Photoshop. The background is a combination of a texture and the vector rays I drew with the pen tool. I used a layer blending mode to show the texture through the rays. I drew the wings also with the pen tool from an original hand drawing I did. Lastly I used a gradient for the green glow.
